Chart Audit

To satisfy your compliance and quality needs we offer a chart audit service that is as robust as your medical practice needs. We can serve as your external 3rd party auditor or if MPS currently performs your billing needs, we can perform an internal quality check by reviewing the medical record compared to the coding quality and reimbursement level.

Privileges

Dependent upon your practice model and specialty, it may be necessary to establish and maintain hospital privileges. Often these application packets are extensive. MPS can complete these application packages for you to review and us to submit and follow-up on. We will also track all requirements and advise of action needed to ensure that privileges are maintained.

Best Practices / Policies & Procedures

To protect your business it is always a best practice to document your policies and procedures (P&Ps). Additionally, having your P&Ps mirror the industry’s best practices will ensure great and compliant business health and satisfaction from your patients to your employees. For existing practices, MPS will observe and interview employees to document your existing P&Ps. If a P&P needs development, MPS will work with you and your staff to provide you with a customized P&P that works for your practice needs.
